4. Investment and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all financial activities on our platform:

• All investments are subject to the minimum and maximum amounts specified on our platform.
• Your initial investment capital (principal) is committed for a fixed period of 30 days. After this period, you may submit a request to withdraw your principal.
• Earned profits can be withdrawn at any time, subject to our processing schedule.
• All transactions may be subject to processing fees, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of the transaction.

5. Profit Distribution and Risk Disclosure

Profits from our trading activities are distributed to investor accounts on the 5th day of each calendar month. Crucially, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Guaranteed Returns: Forex trading is highly speculative and involves a significant risk of loss. Earning USA does not guarantee any specific rate of return or profit. All profit distributions are based on actual trading performance, which can vary.
• Past Performance: Any information shown on our website about past performance is not an indicator or guarantee of future results.
• Assumption of Risk: You fully understand and agree that you are voluntarily participating in our Service and are assuming all financial risks involved. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.

6. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn commissions from the profits generated by users you refer. Commissions are paid based on the structure outlined on our platform. You agree not to engage in spamming or any unethical marketing practices to promote your referral link. Commissions are only earned on profits generated by real investments made by your referrals.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, money laundering, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earning USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
